JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Analyst on our team, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help drive better business decisions. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, build dashboards and analyses that spotlight trends and opportunities, and use statistical techniques to improve performance. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with business units to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to support business initiatives and improve performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies.

     

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
  • Experience applying generative AI/LLMs to business problems (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, and evaluation)
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices (e.g., privacy, explainability, model risk considerations)
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and model evaluation; experience with Python ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

     

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related field
  • Previous experience in financial services industry and/or wealth management a plus
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques including machine learning and predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
