Tuvli seeks Cybersecurity Network Based Analyst Specialist toapply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.


  • Perform forensic analysis of digital information, gathers, and handles evidence.
  • Identify network computer intrusion evidence anhandlerd perpetrators.
  • Investigates computer fraud or there electronic crimes, crack files and system passwords, detects steganography and recovers deleted, fragmented and corrupted data from digital media of all types.
  • Ensure chain of custody and control procedures, documents procedures and findings in a manner suitable for courtroom presentation and prepares comprehensive written notes and reports.
  • Provide Information Systems Incident Response and Network Defense support services to the client.
  • Review and analyzes network events for possible security shortfalls and identifies activities that corresponds with intrusions and security events.
  • Utilize client's tools, capabilities, and processes to identify network traffic, system or security devices for information supporting violations of security policy and vulnerabilities that could affect IT assets.
  • Identify and validates cyber threats and potential impact to the IT infrastructure.
  • Provide detailed and accurate real-time information to customers and operation managers.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a TS with SCI eligibility clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Must have Security certification.
  • Must be able to obtain:
  • IAM Level 2 or 3 (Information Assurance Management) or
  • IAT Level 2 or 3 (Information Assurance Technical) IAW DoD 8570.01M (now DoD 8140 Cyberspace Workforce Management).
  • Bachelor degree from accredited school (in Computer Information Systems preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience using IC IT security policies and procedures.
  • Assurance Category IAT Level II or higher, and CEH Certification.)
  • BS or equivalent experience 2 yrs related experience; or MS 0 yrs experience
  • Linux experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced personnel.
  • Ability to lead and work as part of a team.
