Provide Cyber security and privacy analysis. Maintain responsibility for performing system design reviews and providing recommendations for compliance with the DoD and Navy CS standards and requirements. Review and provide technical comments and findings against system testing requirements and conducting Cyber security system level tests. Provide technical inputs for Cyber security related documentation, including Cyber security strategy, Clinger-Cohen Act, Anti-Tamper policy, and Program Protection plan. Provide technical inputs for investigations and analyses of Cyber security, program protection, Anti-Tamper, Anti-Jam considerations for presently fielded and new developments, and modifications. Report system vulnerability compliance and provide technical recommendations on mitigation statements.
-3 years of experience with systems engineering
-Experience with validation and verification, security test and evaluation of IA controls, Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) Navy database, and manual and automated vulnerability test and evaluation for information systems, software applications, and laboratories
-Experience with generating vulnerability reports in support of Cybersecurityrisk assessments and mitigations, developing and testing systems security contingency and disaster recovery procedures, including preparing and conducting technical inspections and document reviews for security deficiencies and there statuses
-Knowledge of DoDI 8500.01 Cyber security, DoD 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD IT, DoD 8500.2 Information Assurance Implementation 44 U.S.C. § 3541, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) of 2002, and DoDD 5200.1 DoD Information Security Program
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Engineering
