Responsibilities include researching and analyzing potential cybersecuritythreats, assessing related weaknesses within the vehicle’s electricalarchitecture and proposing potential security solutions. Tasks include participating in cybersecurity-related auto industry committees, leading security analysis of emerging threattechnologies and identifying security requirements as well as supporting activities within the cybersecurity development process.
A Bachelor’s degree in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experiencerequired. Strong knowledge of electrical hardware and software development required. Interest in the automotive field and experience in the use of electronic measuring equipment and electricaltroubleshootingexperiencedesired. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.
