: Will work in eMass in the Navy portal inputting information and collecting artifacts to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) for various packages associated with the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) and the next generation of hovercraft.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Current access to the eMASS portal (SIPR and NIPR)
Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and STIG Checklists - Vulnerability Scanning with ACAS scans and assessing results Developing POA&Ms and technical mitigations
Experience with developing Cybersecurity artifacts (Security test plans, etc.) Experience with the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) DIACAP process for DoD systems - Knowledge of DoDI 8500.01 and DoDI 8510.01
Experience with Windows Administration
Desired Qualifications: - Training on Risk Management Framework - Experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) - Experience with Platform Information Technology (PIT) systems - Previous experience as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) - Familiarity with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publications - Experience with Linux commands and operating systems An eligible candidate must meet the Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) minimum qualifications for Systems Analysis Code 46, at the Advanced/Master Level.
