Cyber Program Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Act as a trusted advisor and technical leader for offensive Cyber development, methodology, and delivery for the head of a large government contract. Apply technical and analytical expertise to explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of discovering patterns and previously hidden insights, which in turn can provide a competitive advantage or address a pressing mission problem. Exhibit expertise in operations research, computer science, and the emerging methodologies and technologies to design and implement offensive Cyber programs. Maintain responsibility for planning and managing company resources to execute development project or project components from the design phase through implementation. Identify and communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met. Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected delivery results.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience in the DoD or Intelligence community solving complex DoD and military problems with modeling and simulation and operations research expertise

-10+ years of experience with government contracting

-5+ years of program management for Army engineering contracts great then $200 Mil

-Knowledge of experience with offensive Cyber programs and government policies for implementation

-Ability to build functional teams and lead new capability development based on mission requirements and client needs

-Ability to distill mission requirements from client interactions, driving vision and strategy tactfully with the government client for machine learning and analytic solutions

-Ability to be results-oriented, self-motivated, organized, disciplined, and energetic
-TS/SCI clearance


-PMP or DAU Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with serving technical boards for the DoD

-Experience with building relationships and breaking into new organizations

-Experience with managing remote and onsite staff

-MSdegree in Operations Research, CS, or a related field
