The Talent Development VP of Continual Learning for Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Operations is responsible for contributing to our Talent Development vision, strategy and curriculum in support of our CWM Operations employees. This role will serve as the lead in our CWM Operations Continual Learning Programs Team of designers and facilitators to support ongoing skills and capabilities building for all CWM Operations Employees. Accountable for identifying, designing, developing, and delivering a better learning and skill building experience for all employees after they have completed the new hire training program requirements and helping prepare those that choose to consider management level roles in their careers.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Relationship Management with Stake Holders in business and within Talent Development Team
Intake Management for new training requests and program design for content and delivery
Project Analysis, requirements, desired behavioral outcomes from training sessions
Up-skill and Career Road Map development skills requirements to support CWM Operations employee engagement efforts
Program evaluation effectiveness in achieving pre-determined objectives/outcomes
People management and team development of designers/facilitators
Aligns with workforce planning to ensure we optimize our training investment
Creates and provides guidance into continual learning and career path communications
Facilitates program content where required in a multitude of investment industry topics
Manages vendor relationships (where applicable) to achieve stated service objectives
Presents to CWM Operations and other JPMC Leadership on key initiatives and outcomes
Partner with other JPMC lines of business to efficiently and effectively create positive learning outcomes for our workforce
Series 99 license required within 120 days

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

3-10 years of brokerage industry and client services experience
2-5 years minimum of talent development / learning & development experience
2-5 years minimum in people management responsibilities including performance management, development, and team capacity planning and leadership
Strong understanding adult learning methodologies, practices and content design principles
Experience in designing, developing and implementing learning programs end-to-end
Sound understanding of good people and workforce engagement practices, including performance management and compensation
Strength in managing stakeholders and collaborating with key contributors
Contribute and lead (where required) the Talent Development strategies, planning, budgeting related to Continual Learning audience and CWM Operations overall
Possess a thorough understanding of learning program measurement and evaluation practices to inspect what we expect in our talent development efforts
Understanding of various adult learning methodologies and how best to blend these modalities to achieve program design objectives
Strong team player and leadership capabilities to support a dynamic group of learning professionals and the CWM Operations business
Perform other job related duties as assigned
Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 required
Series 9, 10, 24 preferred
Series 99 license required within 120 days
