The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations, personnel and financial management of the CV/ICU Department. He/she will support the administration in achieving optimum performance by ensuring continuity and quality of service and care through the management of overall day-to-day operations. They will also adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Education: Minimum - Bachelors Degree in Nursing; Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted.
- Experience: Three (3) years previous job related experience Desired - Five (5) years previous job related experience with supervisory experience preferred. Relevant education and/or experience may be substituted in accordance to policy.
- Licensure: BLS, ACLS; RN License in State of OK or valid multi-state compact license.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, direct, counsel and develop staff; communication and positive employee relation skills; knowledge of regulatory standards for compliance.
