In support of all Gear Turbo Fan engine series a Customer Technical Services (CTS) Engineer to be a member of a team focused on trouble shooting engine service issues to identify the root cause either component and or system. The CTS engineer works directly with the airline customer to resolve in service technical issues through coordinating with organizations such as the appropriate CIPT, IPT, MRO business centers. The engineers will also continue to evolve current on and off wing technical data associated with troubleshooting and work with the associated CTS engineers responsible for the engine components, modules and systems to evolve update of current inspection requirements and develop new maintenance criteria to ensure that customers have reliable and cost-effective operations.
Qualification: Two (2) to five (5) years of engine test, design, overhaul and/or repair engineering experience or equivalent experience. On the job training and familiarization can be considered for favorable candidates. General knowledge of gas turbine engines and experience with airline customers also favorable.
This assignment offers interesting and exciting insight to the Pre and Post EIS preparation for customer technical service readiness. Job requires flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and ability to multi task across several engine disciplines and across several NGPF engine models.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent background.. We value excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good interpersonal and team player qualities.
