Customer Success Team Manager- Corporate

 

The Customer Success Manager is instrumental to the overall success of the Customer Success Account Management division, providing leadership and guidance to a growing team of associate inside sales representatives (Customer Success Advocates).  

 

About You: You have at least five years of total experience in Inside Sales Management and Inside Sales, specifically selling IT and software solutions. Additionally, you are a motivating force that knows how to manage, guide, and inspires a team of up and coming account managers with a thirst for knowledge. You’re passionate about our products, metrics-driven, and have excellent presentation and written communication skills to share your thinking. You are comfortable speaking with customers and assisting them with any issues they may be experiencing.

 

About the Job: As Customer Success Team Manager, you will manage a team of CS Advocates, driving them to hit specific KPIs and sales quotas. This role is responsible for generating sales leads from existing customers, and assists with overall team accountability for the sales and margin quotas. This person must possess business and relationship skills at a high level sufficient to work with customers and C-level executives.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide mentorship, focus, and accountability to your team of Customer Success Advocates on how to better manage, grow, and support their accounts

  • Focus on achieving strategic goals and initiatives through execution of sales programs and initiatives that you help create with the team

  • Interview and hire talented new Customer Success Advocates

  • Work in team environment collaborating with the Marketing, New Customer Acquisition and Customer Success Management teams to give our accounts world-class support

  • Build and perpetuate profitable business partnerships and relationships to provide long-term sales success

  • Be responsible for driving your team's weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales Management/Inside Sales

  • Experience selling IT software solutions or similar products

  • Experience managing a team of direct reports including sales representatives

  • Experience in meeting customer goals through the deployment of technology

  • Demonstrated record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide dynamic product demonstrations and train employees

  • Ability to understand client needs and demonstrate the impact and value of products and services

  • Proficient with SalesForce.com, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred
