Job Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for the implementation, tracking and eventual success of SaaS customers and Service customers for the Roadway Sensors business unit.
Monitor and manage the implementation of various SaaS software installations, as well as actively monitor the performance and use of customer systems after implementation.
Create policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience so all customers receive the same quality of service.
Gather feedback from their customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.
Provide technical support to customers or to provide training on products. May assist customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.
Educate customers on the flexibility and capabilities of Iteris software so customers are encouraged to continue using their services.
Minimum 5 years experience in the surface transportation field
Technical aptitude with BI tools: Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Advanced experience with Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM
Extensive experience with data reporting, charting, visualizations, and analytics
Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS software implementations
Successful working experience with public agency personnel in transportation departments
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
