The focus of a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to work in partnership with Stanson clients to drive product adoption, communicate and implement best practices, and develop additional strategies to provide maximum value to Stanson customers. CSM's proactively engage with customers to ensure forward progress on strategic organizational goals, utilizing project management and healthcare consulting skills.
Plan, create and execute custom presentations to customer audiences remotely and in-person.
Maintain a proactive cadence with customers to grow account relationship, advise of new product and service offerings, discuss optimization opportunities, identify SMART goals, establish success metrics, and track progress towards achieving goals.
Analyze data trends, alert patterns, and other key data metrics to present insightful use cases and recommendations to customers.<
