Nanigans is looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with top advertisers across eCommerce, retail and travel verticals.
You will work closely with your Account Director, Sales, Analytics and Product to onboard new clients, identify areas for expansion and align internal resources to drive maximum value for your customers.
The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, analytical background and a result-driven, consultative approach to drive customer engagement.
- Act as the Nanigans platform expert
- Partner with Account Director to build and manage long-term partnerships and ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Provide initial and ongoing training of Nanigans platform
- Provide ongoing technical support and campaign guidance
- Perform detailed campaign audits to provide data-driven insights & recommendations to ensure client KPIs are met
- Minimum 3 years experience in a client-facing / account management role
- Strong knowledge in direct response marketing, digital media platforms, advertising metrics and industry trends
- Experience analyzing datasets in Excel and delivering insights
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
