Key Outcomes

The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in working directly with existing customers to ensure a smooth renewal process and to position additional Content and Software offerings. In this capacity, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Focus on building relationships with customers to ensure Content and Software renewals within a defined territory
  • Demonstrate your teamwork by assisting Sales with upsell opportunities
  • Make 30+ Customer Success calls per day and document feedback to assist Product Management, Marketing, and Sales
  • Show your innovative side by identifying areas for process improvement and optimization
  • Build your skills to assist in identifying and developing business intelligence and advanced reporting

Qualifications

Requirements


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in sales or customer success in a B2B environment
  • Strong social skills, allowing you to function in a team setting and to establish relationships with valued customers
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, no-two-days-the-same environment
  • Exposure to AECO industry and/or Building Product Manufacturers is a strong plus
