Job Description

The Role We are hiring a Sr. Customer Success Manager, Financial Services, to join our Experience Cloud team. You will have full CSM account responsibility and act as a partner to our customers, build positive relationships, drive use of our products/solutions, and ultimately ensure they realize value from their investment.
