Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company in the HR industry, is seeking multiple a Customer Success Managers in the San Francisco and NYC areas. 

In this role, you will build, manage, and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers. 


Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager include:

  • Learn about your customers’ needs and advise them on how to achieve their goals
  • Provide guidance throughout the on-boarding process
  • Proactively identify the value delivered to customers, advising them on recommendations, new products, and potential issues
  • Manage the contract renewal process
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with other departments to increase revenue, aid renewals, and troubleshoot issues
  • Become a trusted advisor with key stakeholders, understanding the customer’s business strategy and culture

Requirements of the Customer Success Manager include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the HR or Talent Mobility industry
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Consultative and proactive mindset
  • High energy, driven, strategic, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and creative
  • Strong customer advocacy, account management, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across all levels
  • CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) or GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) preferred
  • Travel approximately once per week to customer sites

Salary: $100-120k with bonus and excellent benefits
