World Wide Technology is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will lead business development opportunities for Enterprise Networking (EN) customers. This role will reside on the Customer Success Group and will be charged with driving opportunities and providing general education to the customer of their software entitlements and any corresponding portals. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work directly with the Account Teams, Licensing Consultants and post-sale Lifecycle teams to ensure all expansion opportunities are outlined, documented and driven to closure. The CSM will also be responsible for co-coordinating ATC services in partnership with the Adoption Services team, ATC team and field CSE. The CSM will contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) in alignment with the License and Maintenance operations team and will also be responsible for ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. The role will report directly to the Practice Manager, Customer Success Team.

Role:

  • This role will reside on the Customer Success team and will be charged with driving adoption and expansion of EN contracts and providing general education to the customer of their software entitlements in a post-sales setting.
  • The Customer Success Manager will work directly with the Account Teams, License Consultants and post-sale Lifecycle teams to ensure all expansion opportunities are outlined, documented and driven to closure.
  • This role will also be responsible for co-coordinating Advanced Technology Center services in partnership with the Adoption Services team, ATC team and field Consulting Systems Engineer (CSE).
  • The CSM will participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) in alignment with the License and Maintenance operations team and will also be responsible for ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. The role will report directly to the Practice Manager, Customer Success Team.
  • The role will require that candidates have a strong understanding of Enterprise Networking, along with their associated portals, use cases, and features.

Qualifications

  • Ability to solve problems quickly, decisively, and take a "common sense" approach to challenges
  • Previous experience in a sales capacity and/or supporting a Business Development organization
  • Excels at speaking in front of customers, groups, and video calls

  • Experience with enterprise network solutions such as route/switch, LAN/WAN, or wireless
  • Cisco experience is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
