POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is excited about working in a rapidly growing technology company and thrives in a fun, but fast-paced and challenging environment. Our Customer Success team advises and guides our clients from on-boarding and requirements gathering to deployment, through production launch and ongoing success management. The CSM is responsible for managing and leading assigned clients and ensuring that they are receiving the highest quality of service from Aktana through proper setup and execution of our software to drive value for them. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the client relationship, acting as a consultant, and leading the day-to-day project both internally and externally.
