This is a business partnership role, with both Corporate Finance and all of the business leaders within Customer Success. The role will heavily focus on advising on the financial status (Actuals, Forecast, Plan, Variance analysis) of various businesses within Customer Success (Professional Services, Support, Cloud, Renewals and CSM).
The role will also focus on driving business decisions by creating a more cohesive financial package to support the CARE initiative. It will require partnering and alignment on critical input assumptions from internal customers across the PTC ecosystem.
This team is part of the Customer Success FP&A organization. There are additional Senior Analysts within the team responsible for the day to day financial controls, headcount tracking and expense management. This role oversees those, and will be the interface to the senior business leads. Initially, there are no direct reports but there is mentoring expected for the team and future management expectations.
•Strategic financial partner to Customer Success Business Leads, leading with a point of view
•Reporting of Insights, Trends and Financial performance across all Customer Success to better understand the key business drivers and support decision making within the business
•Supporting the annual operating plan process
•Defining Metrics/KPIs utilized across the CARE initiative
•Customer Success Segment reporting
•Assist with other PTC corporate programs requiring Customer Success financial subject matter expert (i.e., ACS 606)

•5-7 years finance work experience
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills
•Familiarity using BI Software and data visualization tools (ie Qlik, Tableau) a plus
