We're looking for a teammate who has equal passion for helping customers to reach their goals, and developing the necessary technical solutions on our platform for those goals to be reached. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be mastering the art of building compelling and useful Voice Apps using the Aiva platform, and applying that expertise in order to benefit our customers as effectively as possible. You will ensure that the Voice Apps you build and maintain are easy to use, easy to understand, and composed of correct American English, coordinating with the rest of the team for feedback. Therefore, we expect a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality. We're open to working on a either a contract or full-time basis and either remote or in-person. Pay rate will be based on experience.
