  • Manage the development of 3+ person team
  • Guide, train and support team in identifying and developing solutions for customer pain points
  • Collaborate with business partners (Marketing, Customer Service, Product Teams) and vendors to build solutions that will drive business success
  • Maintain a test pipeline to meet both company and team objectives
  • Understand and keep up with the competitive landscape to ensure Sling TV is always delivering the best customer care experience
  • Build business cases to prioritize strategic IT development projects
  • Report and track progress against team KPIs

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, or strategy consulting
  • Experience managing a team
  • Confidence using data to drive decisions and outcomes, and a solid understanding of metrics that drive a business
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver superior results
  • Passion for putting the customer first
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to find creative solutions
  • Ability to dive deep into the weeds of a problem while understanding the big-picture impacts
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including executive-level presentations
