The D. E. Shaw group seeks a creative, intellectually curious individual to join Teamstand—a workflow B2B SaaS product that enables colleagues at all levels to make better business decisions—as a customer solutions manager. Teamstand has been used by the D. E. Shaw group for more than 14 years to help streamline collaboration and data-gathering across all business areas at the firm. The customer solutions manager will help oversee development and client management efforts across Teamstand’s product and brand. The role offers the opportunity to be part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment.
You’ll help determine product feature needs, shape the go-to-market strategy for the vertical, support demos and conversations with senior clients, and lead implementation with client teams. As the point of contact for clients, you’ll be their advocate and will partner with product and operations teams to help Teamstand meet client needs. You’ll lead education and training efforts with clients to help increase the utilization of Teamstand, create user stories for new features, and share client feedback to improve the overall platform. You’ll also present Teamstand results and future work proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to executives, solve complex business problems with simple and elegant design, drive the direction of Teamstand’s brand and visual identity, and assist in the creation of marketing assets and collateral.
