In this role, you will manage professional services deals through the entire deal lifecycle ranging from:
(i) deal structure assistance, (ii) language review, redline and interpretation across a wide range of documents, (iii) ensuring transactions are structured within standard OpenGov Services T&C parameters and approvals comply with documented guidelines, and (v) utilization and management of internal tools and systems the customer facing sales organizations can leverage.
The focus of this role will be to support OpenGov's professional services organization from a deal strategy, operational efficiency, and decision-making standpoint. Success in the role requires a team player approach with the ability to multi-task effectively. The ideal candidate requires the ability for critical thinking and creativity to effectively identify different approaches to structuring deals during negotiation.
