Accept and process customer sales orders in accordance with published product lead times, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of material.
Assist customers with information relating to products, competitor cross referencing, delivery, pricing, job quotes and technical information.
Enter Quotes and ensure proper use of quotes
Audit pricing between customer PO’s, Quotes, and Order confirmations.
Responsible for timely, responsible, and professional communication to internal and external customers.
Enter Service and Quality related Cases into Salesforce.com.Investigate Cases and works with customers on proactively finding solutions.
Support CT Ceiling sales by coordinating efforts with assigned outside sales representatives in the management of specific customer accounts
Maintain contact with customers, outside sales representatives, credit department, carriers, manufacturing plants and all other functional departments involved in servicing the needs of the customer.Track shipments.
Organize shipments of customer orders based on inventory availability and other priorities as dictated from time to time by the Sales Supervisor or Area Sales Manager.
Keep an up-to-date filing system of all relevant customer information
Support the overall sales function by proactively contacting customers regarding product needs and new business.
Adhere to department Standards and Best Practice guidelines
Enter projects and other pertinent information into Sales Force
Follow-up on performance projects in Sales Force.
Maintain pool orders and build loads at the time of shipping.
Maintain grid route trucks and coordinate at the time of shipping.
BS degree in Business
Entry level to 5 years of experience in a customer service role
SAP Experience Preferred
Salesforce.com experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing, service-oriented, personality and willingness to learn
Some travel required (Up to 15%)
