Job Description:

Overview:

  • Order Entry
  • Process EDI orders
  • Expedite orders
  • Customer (external) RMA's; works with quality team to get feedback for customer
  • Price book maintenance
  • Aftermarket quoting
  • Update customer portals if applicable
  • Works with BU & CS team for a resp
  • Develops relationship through continuous communication with Internal and External customers
  • Works with engineering to communicate technical information to the customer
  • onse to large Open Order or Late Delivery reports
  • Develops relationship through continuous communication with Internal and External customers
  • Drives actions from BU's to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Works with engineering to communicate technical information to the customer
  • Enters QER's.
  • Manage tax exempt certs
  • Participates in CS Team Calls/Meetings
  • Works with BU's to be proactively preparing for consistently late material
  • Identifies and leads process improvements
  • Responds to general customer inquiries, related to BOM, packing slips, proof of delivery, etc.
  • Reviews pricing
  • Oracle Experience a plus
  • Resolves customer Problems
  • Adaptable to changing environment
  • Ability to travel 10% as applicable
  • Meet with key accounts at customer sites
  • Visit Wabtec BU locations as needed
