  • Market Job Title: Customer Service Associate
  • Start Date: 12/4/2017
  • Hours per week: 40
  • Shift hours: Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm depending on the needs of the client. 1/2 hour lunch & two 15-minute breaks. During peak seasons overtime may be offered.
  • Training: 2-4 week training, M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – combination of classroom & job shadowing
  • Rate: $13/hr on W2
  • Contract Duration: 6 months – Contract to Hire
  • Interview Process: Onsite interview 

  • Required Skills:
  • One to two years of previous customer service based experiencerequired (customer service experience could be face to face, but phone based experience is preferred).
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) and provide professional customer service.
  • Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business communications. Must be able to compose effective business correspondence.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have good keyboarding skills.
  • Typing test of 35-40 wpm
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities.
  • The physical elements of this position require the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, use a computer for extended periods of time, and use the telephone to communicate with customers 100% of the day.
  • High school education or GED required.
