Shift hours: Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm depending on the needs of the client. 1/2 hour lunch & two 15-minute breaks. During peak seasons overtime may be offered.
Training: 2-4 week training, M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – combination of classroom & job shadowing
Rate: $13/hr on W2
Contract Duration: 6 months – Contract to Hire

One to two years of previous customer service based experiencerequired (customer service experience could be face to face, but phone based experience is preferred).
Must be able to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) and provide professional customer service.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business communications. Must be able to compose effective business correspondence.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have good keyboarding skills.
Typing test of 35-40 wpm
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities.
The physical elements of this position require the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, use a computer for extended periods of time, and use the telephone to communicate with customers 100% of the day.
