Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Consult with clients on special/customize solar systems, to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Provide customers with system details and instructions. Minimize returns due to customers unfamiliar with products on technical aspects.
Identify prospective customers by using social media, business directories, following leads from existing clients, as well as monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales in both the domestic and international markets.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, and keeping sales records. Keeping company records by using Quickbook to track all lead, account, and customer service activity.
Identify all sales opportunities through account audits and overcome hesitation to grow a pipeline of new business. Suggest solutions for out-of-stock inventory and recalls.

Answers customer inquiries over the phone and emails.
Researches new product requests and inputs orders.
Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales.
1 year of related sales experience (required)
solar industry knowledge a plus
Quickbook System experience (Preferred)
Strong word processing and spreadsheet and contact management (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Can handle multi-tasking with attention to detail; able to work well under pressure during busy seasons
