Reports TO: Customer Services Supervisor.
Receives customer orders and records information into computer.
Duties & Responsibilities
Take customer orders by phone, fax, mail, or EDI and enter them into the computer, including processing, label printing, and billing
Use website for routing and shipping when required
Follow up on all customer-related issues such as credits, back-orders, shipments, and pricing
Handle customer inquiries, problems, and complaints
Ensure timely and accurate communication with sales representatives, customers, and otherassociates to facilitate customer satisfaction
Process and track all customer point-of-sale materials
Process warranty claims and return authorizations
Generate monthly returnreports and otherreports as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work in a team setting
Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in data entry.
Education/Experience/ Work Environment
1-3 years related experience
High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Work is primarily sedentary in nature.
