POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

The Customer Services Manager provides the leadership to effectively manage plant's processing of customer orders, shipping, raw materials and finished goods warehousing, inventories, inbound and outbound freight, and to coordinate production scheduling with operating personnel to satisfy customer requirements and maximize operating efficiencies. This position directs logistics, materials procurement, and production scheduling for the Plymouth Ceilings Plant and is the Customer Service Pillar Leader for World Class Manufacturing (WCM). Has additional responsibilities for the efficient management of administrative functions which may include Safety, Environmental, and General Office operations.

  • Give direction to Ship/Receive team for loading and transportation of inventory supply to and from the customer and other ceiling plants
