In this role you will be leading a team of experienced CSR's in providing the best in customer service including quoting, order processing, billing, returns and various associated customer support processes. This is position is a key member of the management team providing strategic leadership including budgeting, staffing and establishing KPI's.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3years experience as a customer service representative in an industrialdistribution or manufacturing company
- Minimum 2years experience in customer service management with direct reports
- Experience developing and driving customer service metrics
