The Customer Service Manager position works within the Supply Chain Department of Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. This position is responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they are providing the best service to all customers within Lyons Magnus.

Skilled in Microsoft, Excel and Word
Experience with order management or ERP software
Attention to detail
Proven leadership skills and ability to develop, lead, motivate, and manage a successful team
Ability to work independently, take direction and delegate accordingly
Education and/Or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or three to five years related Customer Service, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
