Evoqua Water Technologies is currently searching for a Senior Customer Service Supervisor in Coventry, RI.
The CSST Manager (Commercial Operations Manager) will be responsible for the following functions:
-Applications Engineering in support of Sales for Order acquisition
-Preparation of Sales training materials for independent manufacturers rep/distributors network
-Global Design Control & Document control of Standards for Neptune Benson product line
-Interface with R&D/Process Engineering team to develop pilot protocols in support of new projects and/or applications development
-Project Management and Project Engineering in support of Order execution
-Installation supervision/start-up and Customer Training
-Aftermarket sales and technical support of installed base
-Providing management revenue forecasts for Neptune Benson product line
-Manage Aquatics Customer Service and Support Team in Coventry and Support of Business Opportunities
-Bachelor's Degree is required; preferrably with an Engineering focus
-At least 5 years experience in managing Engineering/Inside Sales/Customer Service is required
-Water Industry experience is preferred
