Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Mentor, train and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Monitor the overall performance of staff to ensure compliance with policies, practices and approved customer service processes
  • Responsible for escalated customer interaction on customer problems, concerns and complaints
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Functions as a liaison between Customer Service and other branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as back-up to Customer Service Representatives as required
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements <ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in customer service or relevant business experience is required; preferably in a distribution environment</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in a call center and/or distribution environment</li>
<li>Must possess executive level communication skills with proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Must possess strong planning, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong problem solving skills</li>
<li>Must be team oriented, dependable and a strong leader</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task with the ability to change direction quickly and often</li>
