If so, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for building, developing, and motivating a regional team of Account Coordinators to deliver a world class customer thrill and maximize profitability. Partners with internal teams including sales, supply chain, warehouse, operations and corporate groups to deliver the Anything Is Possible culture at Berlin Packaging.
Lead and develop a team of Account Coordinators who support outside sales activities through customer service, order management, item availability, and related operations.
Partner with internal stakeholders including sales, supply chain, operations, warehouse, and corporate groups to service the customer and deliver branch metrics.
Integrate all Account Coordinators in the region into one cohesive team.
Manage strategic projects related to new and continuing customer development.
Refine current key metrics while developing and implementing new metrics that support the region’s sales initiatives.
Provide feedback, coaching, and development to the entire regional Account Coordinator team.
Partner with the Regional Director of Operations and Human Resource Business Partner to facilitate the hiring process for the Account Coordinator team.
Develop standard work processes and cross-functional job matrices for Account Coordinators in partnership with corporate efforts.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years’ experience in customer service, with exposure to warehousing, procurement, order fulfillment and/or operations environment.
3+ years’ supervisory experience within related field.
Strong business and financial acumen; demonstrates subject matter expertise of Berlin Packaging’s business, products, customers, and suppliers.
Ability to assess complexity and create simple, actionable processes.
Results-oriented; has passion for building winning teams, developing talent, and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills; can influence without authority and partner across functions.
Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
Operates with a high sense of urgency; demonstrates strong time management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Technologically savvy with a strong e-commerce background.
