About the Group

Ondot’s Customer Success team is responsible to working closely with leading global customers to define and customize Ondot’s solution, implement the solution from initiation to commercial deployment, and manage the program end-to-end. Ondot offers a unique customer-centric delivery experience in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Manage Ondot customer engagementsand implementations, including:requirements gathering, developing scope, scheduling, prioritizing and managing risk.

•Coordinate, partner and collaborate with project managers representing customers.

•Define goals, tasks and resources needed to complete the project.

•Create a schedule and timeline for the project.

•Manage project team and coordinate delivery tasks on a daily basis including coordinating with offshore delivery team members.

•Manage and track all activities to ensure all deliverables will be completed on time.

•Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW (statement of work).

•Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Ondot to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.

•Monitor and report on the project status to all stakeholders.

•Review the management process after the project is over. Identify any steps in the process that can be improved upon for the next project.

•Conduct retrospectives and lessons learned.

•Develop internal relationships with Engineering, Sales, Integration, and Marketing.


•6+ years of experience in implementing and managing complex enterprise software implementation projects

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•Excellent project management skills and work in a matrix environment

•Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

•Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

•Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•Detailed, organized and results oriented

•Internal team communication and coordination

•Internal stakeholder management

•Guidance on client communications

•Ability to lead internal and external project teams

•Ability to learn and assimilate functional and technical information quickly
