What You’ll Do
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our customer marketing strategy, owning a revenue target and driving growth through improvements in retention, cross-sell and up-sell. Your campaigns will support tens of thousands of customers, helping each of their workplaces Get Shift Done with When I Work. In addition, you will design experiences that drive customer advocacy and help connect and inspire future customers.
You’ll work with a talented team of designers, copywriters, and developers to build best-in-class campaigns that drive engagement, improve retention, and maximize revenue. In this role you will:
Be responsible for customer marketing efforts, building multi-channel campaigns, and leveraging various automation and marketing platforms
Partner closely with sales and customer success teams to identify and leverage customer advocates
Leverage customer insights to build personalized and impactful campaigns
Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness and KPI impact

Experience and Skills Needed
3+ years working in a data-driven and customer-centric marketing environment
Proven ability to successfully leverage multiple marketing channels (including e-mail, direct mail, SMS, in-app messaging, and/or push notifications).
Experience with a variety of marketing platforms (i.e., CRM, email/marketing automation tools)
Experience building lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive conversion and retention across multiple segments
Strong team player who is able to lead and execute projects from conception to completion
Demonstrated basic technical capabilities
