Tiled is looking for a passionate and talented Customer Marketing Manager to assist in creating an amazing customer experience for our customers. This will include event strategy and implementation (user conference, trade shows, lunch and learns, webinars, etc.), creating compelling customer-centric content, running our customer advocacy program, building a customer community, and influencing our customer expansion marketing efforts. This position will report to the Director of Customer and Channel Marketing, and will work closely with sales, customer success and experience teams.
Together with the Director of Customer and Channel Marketing, you will build a world-class customer marketing discipline designed to increase engagement and expansion with our customers.
