  • Own the customer marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation and objectives
  • Serve as primary point for managing customer communication and engagement to establish coordination of message and outreach frequency
  • Ensure the sales team is aware of all changes and updates and how to best communicate that information to their potential clients
  • Help the sales team cultivate great stories and business outcomes that customers will want to engage in
  • Become well-versed in customer data to identify behaviors that indicate possible lifecycle changes (e.g., churn, stickiness)
  • Create highly targeted campaigns (online and offline) for upsell, cross-sell, retention and advocacy
  • Develop KPIs and reporting to understand impact of campaigns
  • Work with teams to educate customer on new product updates and releases via monthly customer newsletter and otherchannels
  • Support and help execute events that help with industry awareness and provide networking opportunities for prospects and customers
  • Support demand generation efforts, working in conjunction with the head of community, by driving new customers through community marketing and referral programs.

  • 5+ years professional experience in a customer-facing and relationship marketing role
  • Proven track record of creating and executing highly successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of data and the ability analyze to drive impactful actions
  • Outstanding listening skills, and keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder communications and engagement
  • Sharp eye for detail and proven project management skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done 
  • Marketo/SFDC skills a plus
  • BA/BS degree or higher required
