We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager with a background in executing and creating marketing programs. You will carry out marketing tactics to increase engagement and profitability among existing customers. You will also create marketing messaging and report on those efforts. You will collaborate with our marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to drive customer growth within our customer marketing programs.
What you'll do:
Develop marketing plans to increase customer product adoption and meet or exceed revenue goals. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and increasing loyalty and retention
Communicate internally on progress and results, and support project management to execute pipeline growth initiatives
Improve foundational metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize programs and audience journeys, communicating relevant insights to the team
Partner with the BDR and cross-sales teams to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes
Segment customer database and report on the efficacy of marketing programs
Create and execute customer marketing initiatives, including webinars, trade shows, customer conferences, and regional events
Author and produce creative marketing content, including narratives, email marketing, blogs/newsletters, landing pages, short-form videos, event collateral, etc. in collaboration with key stakeholders
Build strong relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns
Improve foundational metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize programs and audience journeys, communicating relevant insights to the team
Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
What we're looking for:
5-7+ years experience in a marketing and/or demand generation role, ideally in B2B/SaaS or with experience in customer success or account management
Proven experience creating relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders
Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
Proficiency Google Docs/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organizational and planning skills
Experience with Marketing Automation systems
Proficiency in Salesforce
Experience with Google Analytics
