Job Description

Operations is comprised of people, process and technology and the interdependencies of each of these. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly analytical individual to play a key role in driving and supporting decision making within the business unit through the strategic use of data and measurements, both qualitative and quantitative. This role is responsible for leading a small team tasked with identifying business needs and deriving insights; designing, testing, implementing, evaluating and presenting findings and recommendations. As the Customer Insights Leader you will champion a data-centric perspective and approach to our teams. Put simply, you help lead analytics and reporting for Operations.
