We are looking for a seasoned Field and Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing the strategy for field marketing plans, translating those strategies into actionable marketing tactics, and then executing and measuring the results. This person understands field marketing best practices, the end-to-end marketing funnel, and sales pipeline. The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize competing priorities, and have executive facing communication skills.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Co-marketing w/ developers, commercial real estate brokers, leasing agents – pre and post-sales
  • Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Business Development teams
  • Develop the voice of the Customer, capture customer references and develop case studies with Customers
  • Development, creation, and management of comprehensive, cross-regional, customer campaigns and their timely execution
  • Develop marketing assets for customer to promote the value of View to their customers
  • Continuing customer communication (nurture, advocacy programs, customer appreciation programs, etc)

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  •         Identify, plan, execute and track quarterly co-marketing plans
  •         Collaborate across team to execute deliverables to internal teams and customers
  •         Ensure consistency with go-to-market messaging and positioning and the relevant needs of our customers.
  •         Demonstrated track record of success and a minimum of 3 years marketing experience. Direct field marketing experience highly desired. Experience in Commercial Real Estate a significant plus.
  • Exceptional assessment and organizational skills; attention to detail and responsiveness in follow-through
  •         Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
  •         B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in marketing or related field.
