About the Role
As a member of the Network Team, you work closely with our customers to develop and execute the Company’s strategy to activate the tenant network of our enterprise customers. The Network Team will be a primary customer relationship, business strategy, technical liaison, and trusted partner for our enterprise customers. Network Team will work in collaboration with the sales team to develop sales plans with our enterprise customers to convert existing tenants into Turvo enterprise customers.
The Network Team will be measured by revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores, and tenant activation rates. The right candidate is a strong leader, energetic, strategic thinker, well organized, possesses technical aptitude and is able to execute in a fast-paced startup environment. Sales, customer service and operational execution experience are a must. Candidates should have meaningful experience in the logistics industry, preferably with SaaS technology.
What you'll do:
Cultivate strategic relationships with our enterprise customers and extend Turvo’s relationship into their tenant network;
Help our enterprise customers digitally transform their business process and help our enterprise customers adopt differentiated GTM strategies with Turvo to win new market share;
Ensure our enterprise customers are fully adopting the Turvo solution (benchmarking). Work with our enterprise customers to enable and assist them in enabling their tenant network to fully adopt the Turvo solution (benchmarking);
Work closely with our marketing team and enterprise customer to build tenant network activation campaigns;
Lead product roadmap and innovation discussions with our enterprise customers working closely with product management, solution architects and sales to win new extension sales into enterprise customers;
Listen and understand customer challenges and then develop and execute action plan to resolve (with support from the company’s village);
Ability to follow-through on commitments and communicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders;
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with our customers as a senior member of the Turvo management team; and
Navigate across different functional groups and contacts at a customer to influence decision makers and achieve desired goals.
What we are looking for:
5 to 10 years of experience in logistics-related sales, account management and customer service experience;
Viral networking experience preferred;
SaaS or relevant technology experience preferred;
Startup experience preferred;
Organization, planning, timeliness, follow-through on commitments;
Strong social skills with ability to influence;
Honesty/integrity;
Intelligence, able to understand our business model and execute complex sales;
Attention to detail, data-focused mind;
