Collaborate with leaders, management, and process owners within value stream to develop, execute, and monitor transformational activities to drive measurable and sustainable business results for Property & Casualty Insurance products.
***Partner with value stream leaders, management, and process owners to develop transformational strategies and objectives for business processes, with focus on customer value proposition and continuous improvement.
***Support development and coordinate implementation of value stream activities to include diagnostic testing, design, evaluation, and sustainability.
*** Facilitate transformation of business processes through review of current state, creation of value stream maps and future state targets, process work outs, and continuous assessments of end to end processes and customer experience.
*** Educate and engage the workforce in transformational strategies, objectives, and future state targets through continuous communication of key deliverables: first time quality cycle time reduction, cost reduction, waste elimination, increased capacity, and improved efficiency.
*** Reduce lead time and waste through implementation of lean methodologies, tools, and techniques such as Agile or Six Sigma.
*** Develop, implement, and maintain visual measure systems, dashboards, and reports to track continuous improvement processes of the value stream activities, including periodic reviews with key stakeholders, value stream leaders, managers, and the workforce.
