If you are experienced with large integration of customer data, consider our CDM Lead role. Our Enterprise MDM team seeks a tenured Customer Data Management (CDM) professional to focus on data and business integration activities around customer data. You’ll work with the MDM director to build a sustainable solution.  Use your considerable experience to build bridges while standing your ground on architectural best practices.

Ideal candidates will have following experience:

  • Seasoned Customer Data Master (CDM) specialist. 
  • Strategic and tactical view on CDM.
  • Stress importance of business value and quick and scalable delivery. Strong foundational architecture.
  • Take strategic view when required, but can lead team on details on CDH/TCA architecture
  • Familiar with Analytical MDM challenges around customer data and EDW.
  • Familiar with challenges in Customer Data integration across mergers and acquisitions
  • Implemented Oracle CDH from ground up and are eager to lead IT and business on new implementation.
  • Implementation best practices in High-tech industry

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle TCA
  • Must have implemented Oracle CDH multiple times.
  • Must be well versed with external Customer firmographics vendors such as DnB
  • General knowledge of related Oracle modules such as Order Management.
  • Understanding of Data architecture and enterprise data modelling
  • Understanding of Data architecture and enterprise data modelling
  • Sharp technological acumen with logical reasoning skills
  • Has excellent time management skills: Prioritization and execution with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible and is not afraid of venturing into new territories
  • Passionate collaborator who seeks win/win relationships while adhering to core corporate values
  • Strong business interaction and executive presentation skills.
  • Able lead technical and functional team

Education and Years of Experience:

Minimum of BS degree in related field or comparable experience.

Minimum of 12 years of related experience.

Minimum of 1.5 years as a team manager

Preferred Skills:

  • Has best practices on TCA architecture
  • Has implemented Oracle CDH ground-up as an Architect.
  • Understanding of Oracle EDQ, FDQ and other related Oracle/non-Oracle data quality tools.
  • Understanding of ancillary systems like Marketing Automation and Sales Force Management.
  • MDM solution implementations and operational support in at least one or more: hub, registry, custom… from design to deployment and sustain
  • Presentation and communication skills to engage end users, management, and executives as required.
