Primary Responsibilities:

Maintains a high energy environment, through positive leadership and strong team orientation with an emphasis on superior customer service.

Essential Functions:

Accomplishes superior customer service objectives by effectively orchestrating work, evaluating performance, rewarding performance, cross-training team, and mentoring; hires, orientates and trains new staff; addresses escalated customer issues and internal grievances; intervenes and advises on complex customer concerns; load balances within the team; facilitates regular team meetings and-on-ones and fosters a climate for motivation.
