Hours: AM shift (This position will work varying hours each week based on the department''s needs)

Job Description:
Processes inbound and outbound calls in a consumer focused, appropriate and timely manner. Obtains necessary demographic information; discerns callers’ needs in a professional and courteous manner; schedules appointments; transfers calls as appropriate; cross sells other BJC services as appropriate; ensures class enrollments are correct and appropriate; completes outbound calls as assigned; maintains awareness of abandon call rate
