Key Responsibilities Include:

This person will create advanced analytics models andinsights in order to drive stakeholder/enterprise value.

This person will also have responsibility for ensuring thatanalyses and insights are accurate, impactful, timely and efficient.

This position requires deep knowledge of advanced analyticsand most importantly how to use them to solve a business problem.

Work closely with business peers to create holistic insightsand recommendations that drive business performance. This individual will alsowork across Data Analytics verticals and be accountable for setting consistentanalytic methodologies and best practices for the enterprise.

Location: Lowe’sGlobal Corporate Headquarters, Mooresville, NC

Skill Requirements:

•Bachelor'sDegree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences,Applied Quantitative or related field plus 3+ years of experience in analyticsfield.

•Flexibilityand Adaptability - Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniquesfor dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability toadapt as needed.

•BusinessAcumen - Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, andprocesses that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of thecompany's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diversesituations.

•AnalyticProblem Solving- Identifies problems and develops effective and innovativesolutions that address root causes; gathers and analyzes critical informationneeded to understand the root cause of problems; defines reasonable solutionsand alternatives to anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems; develops new andunique ideas; looks beyond the initial obvious answer.

•CommunicatingEffectively – The ability to effectively develop and communicate one'sperspectives and ideas. This includes the ability to convey a compellingmessage, engage the audience, and adapt the message, delivery, andpoint-of-view based on the audience's real-time or anticipated reactions. Thisalso includes active listening, and eliciting questions, participation, andbuy-in from the audience.

•Creatingthe New and Different – The ability to develop creative ideas and questionconventional approaches. This includes reevaluating current approaches andsuggesting and/or implementing new ideas, looking into the future to createinnovative and unconventional solutions, and working with others to generatemultiple ideas. This also includes being comfortable working in a changingenvironment.

•Partnershipwith key business partners on most strategic Lowe’s initiatives, translatingbusiness needs to how Customer Analytics will deliver insights so that the customeris at the center of decision making.
