Position Description Summary
The CRM Manager provides expertise in the technical and functional operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications to support B2B strategic initiatives. This position includes supervisory responsibilities, leading the development and support team, as well as cross functional leadership to coordinate system development, configuration and use, implementing request changes, and overall use of the system. He/she will be responsible for the successful operation, integration, and optimization of CRM system and to provide ongoing maintenance and proactive development of the system and databases.
Job Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:
o Responsible for designing, building and implementing business solutions for sales, business development, operations, marketing and other functional areas by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other technologies.
o Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing usage of Microsoft CRM by core users throughout the company, ultimately developing tailored business plans for all departmental users
o Ensure appropriate integration of processes across the organization.
o Use business acumen, data gathering and analysis, and other sources of information to improve the overall revenue maximization and utilization of the CRM tool
o Provide smart and actionable insights and customer profiling and segmentation to B2B sales force through CRM tool to direct their daily activities.
o Manages the business impact of all CRM projects, including communication, end user training, analysis and reporting Act as liaison between the business and IT.

o The CRM Manager will perform exploratory data analysis to identify potential influential variables or relationships, and present results effectively to support strategic Commercial initiatives.  She/he will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Pricing and other organizations to achieve common objectives.
The Manager will be able to provide guidance on findings and implications, and be capable of explaining these findings to internal customers.  A high level of accuracy on all data analysis is expected, as well as a desire to continue to learn new approaches, techniques and best practices. This team member will explore, develop and implement customer behavior prediction tools to improve profitability and customer service across all our brands.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has 3-5 direct reports. Position Requirements o Bachelor's Degree Computer science or Engineering discipline preferred
o 5+ years of experience in strong analytical role
o Proficiency with SQL querying tools, with emphasis on scripting, writing, and debugging is preferable
o 3-5 years of related experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
o Project management experience highly desirable
o Excellent analytical skills with a focus on business procedures / process improvement
o Ability to work with both database team/users as well as team members to ensure overall understanding of functional operations of the system and how they contribute and enhance the strategic goals of the organization
