Lyra Health is seeking an experienced customer advocacy professional to contribute to the growth of our existing customer advocacy and marketing programs. This team member will be crucial for making Lyra Health customers central to our brand and go-to-market strategies. Lyra Health customers are some of the world’s most recognized companies, pioneering new and innovative approaches to mental health care for their employees.
In close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy, and other members of the Lyra Health team, this individual will build authentic, trusted relationships with our customers along with a world-class advocacy program that includes a customer advisory board, go-to-market reference support, strategic content, webinars, events, recognition, and other market activities. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to help build new and creative programs that drive customer loyalty and ultimately increase access to mental health care.
