The Account Manager oversees a dedicated customer and is responsible for interaction with the customer on both a day-to-day basis, as well as an ongoing basis regarding reviews and continuous improvement. Responsible for retention and growth of client while ensuring profitable growth and quality service. Works across business units to engage in high priority customer opportunities that drive the business to the next level in achieving agreed upon profitability, service, and customer satisfaction. This position works for the local General Manager.
